Developer
Software Developers at Custom Tech Enterprize (CTE)
are the backbone of our initiatives to design, code, test, and provide
cutting-edge solutions that pave the path for the future, like blockchain
and cloud technologies, cryptocurrency, and various other fields of software and hardware.
Whether you are working on projects internally or for a client, software development is
critical to the success of CTE and our clients worldwide. At CTE, you will use the latest

role requires a self-starter with strong technical and problem-solving skills,
the ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with cross functional and cross
geographical teams, and knowledge and application of blockchain and cloud technologies.
The ideal candidate for this position will have an established background in blockchain
and cloud native software development, agile methodologies, and Dev-Ops practices.

Required Technical and Professional
Expertise
• Experience in or ability to quickly acquire and master
skills in Blockchain and cloud technologies, IPFS (InterPlanetary File System),
Web3 standard protocols, HTML/CSS, and other software and hardware items
•
Demonstrate a high degree of experience in general blockchain and cloud native
software development and debug with JavaScript, HTML/CSS,
JSON and GitHub/source code management
Salesperson
As a sales contractor for Custom Tech Enterprise your job will be to
convince prospective clients to chose CTE for their development contracts.
The primary tool you will use for finding clients is Gitcoin,
a blockchain online development bounty board built ontop of Github.
Development skills aren’t required, but you must know enough
about the company to sell our services.
You will need to be part of the development ecosystem, and we will
train you on the use of Github, Gitcoin, and all other relevant tools.
In addition, each sales contractor will be responsible for creating and managing a
social media account for the company.
You will use BlackMagic studio to create advertisement material
It is our opinion that closed-source software is not sustainable,
and we are committed to using open-source software at every possible opportunity.
